well people redesign

Project managed and executed production for ongoing rebrand of Well People across a growing base of 125+ skus. Built out an elaborate multi sku file to maintain and manage rules/designs while solving design challenges. Worked closely with Design Director, production team in China and regulatory to ensure all final printed cartons and components matched the design intent. Went through multiple rounds of PPS to get the white components to match as close as possible.
