elf studio line redesign

Executed production for redesign of the Studio line across 75+ skus. Built out elaborate internal guidelines to give structure to the team for consistent adaptation. Worked closely with Design Director, production team in China and regulatory to ensure all final printed cartons and components matched the design intent. Managed version control and all routing cross functionally.
